Ranging from trowel applied polymer resins and K renders both flat and textured finishes, which are micro porous enabling the walls to breathe.
Our spray systems are self cleaning and durable which offer a more uniform finish on heavy repaired surfaces. Depending on the wall type, our rendering process can range from two up to four rendering coats.

Product Range

K-Rend

The K Rend Silicone range incorporates silicone water repellents as an integral part of the cement based render system. This silicone technology imparts a high degree of water repellency to the render surface whilst allowing water vapour to pass through the render and let the substrate breathe.

The water repellent surface ensures a freshly rendered appearance for a prolonged period. The finish is drier and thus more resistant to algae growth and the natural phenomenon of limebloom.

We also offer an invisible silicone based weatherproofing treatment called Clearguard. This is an ideal solution for customers who don't want to alter the exterior appearance of their home, but where a cure for penetrating damp is still needed.

Trowel & Roll

Fibrocem GRC Render is a pre-mixed ready to use material with the addition of clean water the only requirement.  A polymer modified glass fibre reinforced formulation designed to cope with difficult substrates and giving greater adhesion.  The polymer additional is alkali reactive forming a water repellent to reduce water permeability.  Fibrocem GRC render is designed to give extremely high flexural strength and tensile strength, together with excellent bonding to sound substrates, resistance to water penetration and durability to the highest order.  High impact resistence without crack propogation gives a surface total protection against the ever changing environment.

Fibrocem GRC Render can be applied to most suitably prepared substrates, including brickwork, concrete blocks, lightweight blocks and concrete.

Traditional Masonry Paint

Spray Coatings

Render Exterior Wall Coatings Spray System is a technically controlled blend of minerals, resins and chemicals which is up to 20 times thicker than conventional paint. Each coat is applied by high pressure spray which, in effect, welds the material to the receiving wall providing an extremely durable finish which will not chip, flake or peel. Being 100% waterproof it eliminates penetrating damp but still allows the walls to breathe as it is micro porous. The techinical explanation for this process is known as reverse osmosis.

We have 12 standard colours to choose from, as well as a clear solution for properties looking to be 100% protected but not aesthetically changed. They all come in either smooth, fine or coarse textures. The coarser coat is recommended for properties showing numerous structural blemishes.
